The final amount presented at checkout may include:

Processing and delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as:

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Eligible returns and refunds are handled according to the Iryxzffi™ Return & Refund Policy.

Return approval may depend on the product’s condition, delivery date, original packaging, proof of purchase, and applicable product exclusions.

Products should not be sent back without receiving return authorization and instructions from our support team.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Proper Product Use

Customers are responsible for reviewing product instructions, dimensions, warnings, weight limits, installation guidance, and care recommendations before use.

Housewares should be used only for their intended household purpose.
